Chairman and CEO of Amex, Neal Wolkoff, commented, “We are pleased to welcome Samson Oil & Gas to the American Stock Exchange.” He continued to say, “In listing at the Amex, we will be able to offer Samson Oil & Gas the value-added services that a company needs to increase awareness and visibility with U.S.investors.

The President and Managing Director of Samson Oil & Gas Limited, Terry Barr, commented, “Samson considers this listing to be a huge benefit by exposing our U.S. based energy business to a broader spectrum of U.S. investors. Given the substantial time zone difference between the U.S. and Australian markets, we believe that the utility of our securities being available for trading by U.S. investors during regular business hours in the United States is an advantage over our peers.”
