Samson Oil and Gas Limited had its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) listed today on the American Stock Exchange(R)(Amex(R)). Samson Oil and Gas Limited listed 2,500,000 ADRs, which represent 20 ordinary shares per ADR, under the ticker symbol “SSN”. On January 4, 2008, the Company’s registration statement on Form 20-F was declared effective by the SEC.
The Australian based oil & gas company primarily focuses on the exploration for oil and gas as well as developing and producing oil and gas in the United States of America.
