The meeting of shareholders was held Dec. 15, 2022. During the meeting, shareholders considered and voted on all matters outlined in InMed’s notice of meeting and management information circular. Specifically, the election of directors was held, and shareholders approved the election of all director nominees to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders. Those directors included Eric Adams, Andrew Hull, Janet Grove, Bryan Baldasare, and Nicole Lemerond.
