IDC generates global market intelligence for the Information Technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets.

Upon founding VanceInfo, he became its managing director, and later became its CEO in 1999.
Chief Operating Officer – Mr. David Lifeng Chen has worked with VanceInfo Technologies since 2001. He too has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering. He has worked as an ERP software developer at Oracle, and later as a product manager at IBM and a consultant at KPMG. He co-founded Heteng software in 2001, as he began his relationship with VanceInfo Technologies.
Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Sidney Huang has exemplary credentials in the finance field. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, from Bernard M. Baruch College, graduating as class valedictorian. He received an MBA degree with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Huang was an investment banker with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in New York, served as an audit manager at KPMG LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Prior to joining VanceInfo Technologies in 2006, Mr. Huang served as CFO of Longtop Financial Technologies Limited, a software development and IT services provider.
