OTCPicks Featured Company: AdStar, Inc. (ADST) Pursues Trolice Consulting to Advance Sales and Partnership Opportunities in Wireless Industry

AdStar, Inc. announced today that they will be sourcing out to James Trolice of Trolice Consulting Services, which will work closely with AdStar in the strategic positioning of its mobile product offered in the marketplace, and enhancing sales and partnership opportunities in the wireless industry. With the announcement of the engagement, the company saw a rise of 102.63% on Wednesday.

Within the past couple months, AdStar made public an example of the types of opportunities available for its mobile solutions when it signed an agreement with Relevantis. Currently, the companies are in discussions on an end-to-end solution that will deliver relevant mobile advertisements to end users, while helping content publishers to monetize their mobile properties through advertising.

The company’s mobile technology enables advertisers to create, schedule, and submit their mobile ads through a Web-based interface directly to publishers in the required mobile device format. By providing advertisers with the advantage of closely tracking their mobile advertising campaigns and better understand how well or how poorly each individual ad is performing, it allows for concise feedback of possible returns on an investment.

“James Trolice comes highly recommended to AdStar, and has extensive experience and success working with the major players in the wireless industry,” stated Leslie Bernhard, president and chief executive officer of AdStar, Inc. “Our mobile solutions have been developed with the cooperation of a large international mobile phone manufacturer, and we believe it is ready for the broader mobile marketplace. We look forward to leveraging Trolice Consulting’s relationships with major wireless companies to help foster business development opportunities for our mobile solutions,” she added.

“My experience tells me that there is tremendous opportunity in the mobile space for AdStar’s technology, and I am excited to be working with Leslie and her team to increase market penetration and drive revenues,” stated James Trolice.
