Lebed.biz Featured Company: Epic Energy Resources, Inc. (EPCC)

Epic Energy Resources, Inc., an integrated energy and energy investment company, operates primarily within the mid-stream and upstream portions of the oil and gas marketplace. The company has a structure that offers both consultative and management/operations resources as its primary focus. Epic Energy Resources, Inc. takes a fairly conservative approach to where it operates within the marketplace preferring not to open itself to variables such as natural disaster or foreign uncertainties. With this strategy in place, the company primarily operates with existing energy properties in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas and the Rocky Mountain states.

The last 8 months has been a fairly busy period for the company. Acquisitions and future forward alliances have been the thrust of activities during this period. Apparently, these structural investments are intended to solidify the company’s overall position within the oil and gas marketplace. The formation of Epic Exploration and Production, LLC with a 50% stake (50% private investors) will allow the company to work more effectively in the leasing/purchasing/management within oil production areas while its acquisition of Pearl Investment Company provides for a suite of services for Epic Exploration and the market to avail itself.

Generally, each of these moves appears geared toward piecing together a full service operation. Whether the new additions to the company can now generate the anticipated revenues is the question. Currently, the Carnrite Group, (the management/consulting arm of the company) is contributing its share by signing significant contracts for the short and longer terms. Production/management and day-to-day revenue generation, within this marketplace, is a bit less certain. The current state of the oil markets, however, bode well for the company as foreign oil interests appear content with the high prices of oil and supply.
