AdStar (ADST) to Leverage Trolice Relationships in Pursuit of Advertising with Major Wireless Players

AdStar, Inc., a leading provider of e-commerce transaction software and services for the advertising and publishing industries, announced February 27th that is has engaged James Trolice of Trolice Cnsulting Services to work with AdSTar in the positioning of its mobile product offering in the marketplace.

AdStar announced early this year an example of the types of opportunities available for its mobile solutions when it signed an agreement with Relevantis. The companies are currently collaborating on an end-to-end solution that will deliver relevant mobile advertising to end users.

Leslie Bernhard, President and Chief Executive Officer of AdStar, Inc. stated, “James Trolice comes highly recommended to ADStar, and has extensive experience and success working with the major players in the wireless industry. Our mobile solutions have been developed with the cooperation of a large international mobile phone manufacturer, and we believe it is ready for the broader mobile marketplace. We look forward to leveraging Trolice Consulting’s relationships with major wireless companies to help foster business development opportunities for our mobile solutions.”

With AdStar’s mobile technology, advertisers can create, schedule and submit their mobile ads through a Web-based interface directly to publishers in the required format. AdStar also provides advertisers the ability to closely track their mobile campaigns and to better understand how well or how poorly individual ads are performing.

James Trolice added, “The domestic mobile advertising space is still young, and many companies are evaluating and/or using solutions that don’t incorporate the history, understanding the technology that AdSTar has developed within the publishing community during the past 20 years.
