8×8 Inc. (Nasdaq: EGHT) provides voice, video and mobile communications solutions under the Packet8 brand name. These solutions use existing broadband Internet connections and cellular networks to deliver low-cost, advanced features and digital-quality phone service for business and other enterprises.

The company recently unveiled its Packet8/Microsoft Response Point small business phone solution at Technology Marketing Corporation’s INTERNET TELEPHONY conference and EXPO West 2008. The technology was well received, earning the company the ITEXPO “Best of Show” award for Best SMB Solution.
