Formed in 2004 by Charles Feldmann and David Nagel, the firm has extensive cannabis compliance expertise throughout the United States, Israel, and the international cannabis marketplace. Feldmann will lead the legal team on matters associated with cannabis enforcement, licensing, federal risk mitigation and compliance related issues.
