Synergetics USA, Inc., which manufactures ophthalmic neurosurgery devices, announced that its executive team will man its exhibitors’ booth at the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

The annual congress is being held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla, Sept. 20-25. Synergetics’ CFO Pamela G. Boone, CEO Kurt Gampp, Chief Scientific Officer Jerry Malis, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Dave Dallam, and Chairman of Board Robert H. Dick will display and talk about the company’s latest products.

They include the OMNI®, the first ultrasonic aspirator offering in-situ bone emulsification, and Spetzler TruMicro instruments, as well as several other items. The purpose of the CNS annual meeting is to provide continuing medical education for neurosurgeons and residents in training, as well as for associated nurses, physician assistants and clinical specialists.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to display our proven devices and pioneering technology to the current and future leaders of neurosurgery,” Dallam said.
