New Generation Biofuels Holdings, Inc. (AMEX:GNB) to become part of Russell Microcap Index

New Generation Biofuels, an alternative fuel manufacturer specializing in creating fuel from animal fat and vegetable oil, offers NGB Biofuel alongside diesel and distillate fuels. Examples of uses would be power generation fuel to replace #2 oil and kerosene in combustion turbines, or #2 or #6 fuel oil in existing power boilers. Other applications include heating oil, marine engines, transport, and general industrial applications.

New Generation Biofuels are more environmentally beneficial, increasing engine life with more lubricity, and increasing productivity and efficiency with no byproducts or waste. Finally, biofuels lower emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and carbon dioxide.

Russell microcap Index announced today that New Generation Biofuels will be one of the 3000 stocks included in the annual recalibration of the Russell Microcap Index on Friday June 27, 2008. This is significant for New Generation, in that it will give the company more public and investor awareness.
