New Chief Financial Officer Joins EnDevCo, Inc. (ENDE)

Joseph Lessard was named as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Americas for EnDevCo, Inc, a developed energy company. CEO Chris A. Dittmar stated, “Joe Lessard has eighteen years of ‘hands on’ entrepreneurial experience in energy development and power plan operations. His broad business development and structural finance experience will help us accelerate revenue generation from our current asset base in the United States and South America.”

The previous company Mr. Lessard served as Vice President where, under his leadership, the company successfully entered the power markets in Peru, Boliva, Argentian and Chile. Mr. Lessard was directly responsible for negotiating and financing Greenfield and acquisition energy projects in those nations. Prior to Globeleq, he jointly formed Hart Energy International, LP and established energy position in several South American countries as well as served as Regional Managing Director of Coastal Power Company, where he managed three power plants in the U.S. and projects secured in Indonesia and Thailand.

Richard G. Boyce said, “We are pleased to add an executive with Mr. Lessard’s breadth of experience and track record of success to our management team. His knowledge of South America will prove very beneficial as EnDevCo moves forward with our projects in that region.”

Joe Lessard holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He also served as a nuclear-qualified officer on the U.S.S. Alabama nuclear submarine.

The Company’s recent success in Short Junction Field and its Gulf of Mexico and South American projects present unique opportunities for dramatic revenue growth.
