Mesa Labs, Inc. (MLAB) Signs Partnership Agreement with Masy Systems

Mesa Labs Inc. manufactures instruments and disposable products utilized in connection with industrial applications and healthcare. One product is the company’s Data Trace data loggers which are used for quality control applications in pharmaceutical, food and medical device manufacturing.

Other products from Mesa Labs include medical meters used for quality control in dialysis clinics and Raven Biological Indicators used for quality control of sterilization processes in hospitals as well as pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

The company announced today that it has signed a strategic distributor agreement with Masy Systems Inc. Masy Systems provides quality services for the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical industries. Masy is also a key supplier of measurement equipment to healthcare companies through their rental and sales programs and has a primary standards lab for performing precision calibration services.

The partnership between Mesa Labs and Masy Systems will allow Masy to sell Mesa’s Data Trace temperature, humidity and pressure data loggers in the northeastern area of the United States. In addition, Masy will begin to use the Data Trace line of data loggers for their validation services and rental businesses going forward. Other aspects of the partnership agreement include joint development of solutions for clients for clients throughout the United States and potentially internationally.

Glenn Adriance, vice-president of sales and marketing for Mesa Labs, commented on the agreement, “We expect that our combined set of products and skills will make both companies more competitive in the marketplace and most importantly provide additional value to our respective clients.”
