Robinson and CFO David Colbert are scheduled to present at the Sidoti Semi-Annual Micro-Cap Conference, which will be held on January 7, 2013, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.

This marks the sixth Semi-Annual Micro-Cap Conference held by Sidoti &Co., LLC. The conference initially began back in January 2010 as an experiment, designed to unite the ever growing small-cap market with interested investors. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, the conference has grown to boast over 1,000 attendees. By the end of 2012, Sidoti expects to cover 500 micro-cap companies.

The Sidoti Semi-Annual Micro-Cap Conference focuses primarily on companies largely unknown to investors, restricting presenting rights solely to lesser-known companies as a means to broaden awareness for the firms. Only those companies that have sound fundamentals and intriguing stories, show fast growth and profitability, or otherwise hold great promise are allowed to present at the conference. Investors are exposed to a wealth of new ideas and abundant opportunities to meet one-on-one with senior management officials, something that has become a hallmark of the conference. Meanwhile, presenters gain a chance to explain to a rapt audience of savvy investors what their companies are all about – where they are new and/or different and why they merit investment consideration.
