Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, J. Alexander’s Corporation is a contemporary American restaurant focusing on food quality and professional service. Their menu consists of steaks, prime rib of beef and fresh seafood, and a variety of unique salads, sandwiches, and desserts. They also have a full-service bar that features a selection of wines by the glass and by the bottle.

The company’s objective is to have restaurants that focus on only the highest-quality food, outstanding service, and great value. They do not rely on gimmicks, themes, the selling of sports memorabilia and other non-food marketing techniques. They want customers to see them as elegant but affordable dining in a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere.

J. Alexander’s uses a variety of architectural designs and building finishes in their restaurants. They use these different designs to complement each individual market’s concept. They also use original art works as decor features in each location.
