Inuvo is expanding its service offerings, which was demonstrated on Wednesday when the company announced that it has launched a new web property at www.careers.alot.com.

ALOT Careers is a content-rich, searchable website that features information about education, jobs, and career planning. It also has a directory where consumers can find information about local educational institutions.

The competitive environment for jobs, combined with the demand for highly skilled resources, has motivated individuals to educate themselves about career opportunities and to enroll in programs that can provide the skills needed to meet that demand. This in turn means more people are spending more time on computers or mobile devices to learn about career-related information. The mobile- and desktop-ready web property complements Inuvo’s existing ALOT desktop applications, which cover health, finance, local interest topics, and more.

Inuvo launched four new revenue producing web properties in 2013 that cater to the interests of ALOT users. This new family of sites is being developed within industry verticals where there is high consumer demand for content. Advertisers, too, have their own demands—the desire to reach customers within this very specific space.
