Hill International, Inc. (HIL) Announces Contract to Design University Campuses in Libya; Receives Nine Major Assignments from Talaat Moustafa Group

Hill International (HIL), with headquarters in Marlton, New Jersey, provides program management, project management, construction management and construction claims and consulting services. Founded in 1976, the company has 2,000 employees and 70 offices in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. The company is ranked the 11th largest construction management firm in the U.S. by Engineering News Record magazine.

Hill has recently received a contract from the Libyan Organization for the Development of Administrative Centers to provide pre-construction and design management services on behalf of the Libyan Ministry for Higher Education in connection with 27 new university campuses across Libya. The one-year contract has an estimated value of approximately $11.5M. The campuses will range in size and diversity, accommodating 2,500 to 13,500 students in various regions throughout the country.

Hill has also been awarded, through its joint venture company Hill TMG, a nine-project management assignment from the Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Co. Hill TMG is a recently created joint venture 50% owned by Hill International and 50% owned by TMG. The nine assignments have a combined estimated value of approximately $96.0M. The projects consist of luxury hotels, golf courses, vacation resorts, an open air mall and a residential development to be located in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
