The joint Venture is Strategic for both partners and has three primary objectives: to facilitate development and distribution of Bio-Fuels and other renewable energy sources, to initiate a low cost supply source on tribal lands at higher profits, and to secure government operating contracts.

Native American Biofuels brings a strong supply of biodiesel as well as a CEO with extensive experience securing government contracts. City Capital and Goshen have a more technological approach and advance systems that will significantly help in the procurement and distribution of the Bio-Fuels. Both companies believe the partnership in the Niche Market is going to be highly profitable in the future and create shareholder wealth as well as helping both companies profitability.
