Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) to Provide European Language and Telephone System Support through Citrix EasyCall™ Feature

In late June of this year, the company announced it would provide European language and telephone system support for the Citrix® EasyCall™ feature in Citrix® XenDesktop™. EasyCall, which is also available as a feature of Citrix® XenApp™ and Citrix® NetScaler™, allows the integration of communications into any application. EasyCall now includes German, French and Spanish (Castilian) language capabilities, as well as integration with leading European telephone systems from Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent.

Customers can instantly communication-enable all of their existing applications with no modification to the applications, telephones or phone systems required. The application enables users to initiate instant click-to-call capabilities from any telephone number within any application using existing corporate phone systems and rates.
