Mr. Elphicke joins Budget Waste Inc. from Waste Management, where he was New Business Sales Manager for the Interior of British Columbia. Mike had many successes at Waste Management including eight time recipient of the Circle Sales Achievement Award. Mike comes to Budget Waste Inc. with a long history of sales successes and awards.
