On July 8, 2008, Bridgeline announced that the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) selected the company’s software as the platform for their enterprise web initiatives, including their heavily trafficked public and member sites at http://www.nicb.org. The National Insurance Crime Bureau is the nation’s premier not-for-profit organization dedicated exclusively to preventing, detecting, and defeating insurance fraud and vehicle theft. NICB partners with insurance companies and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the identification, detection, and prosecution of insurance criminals.

The NCIB selected Bridgeline’s iAPPS framework, iAPPS content manager, and iAPPS analytics as the base of their websites. The NICB will contract with Bridgeline to manage and maintain the organization’s website within Bridgeline’s state-of-the-art managed services hosting environment. Additionally, Bridgeline is also designing and developing the website and associated applications.
