Art Technology Group (ARTG) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, eStara, is to provide a vast array of leading products for luxurylink.com, effective immediately. LuxuryLink, taking aggressive steps to boost cross-channel conversion rates, has decided that implementing eStara’s products would help aid overall success.
Luxury Link will begin utilizing both eStara’s Click to Call product and Call Tracking features, the leading conversion products for enhancing online sales. eStara’s technology will allow LuxuryLink to view detailed reporting and analytics on each call, including where calls are generated, information on individual callers, and call durations.
According to Forrester Research, 47 percent of those who research travel plans online ultimately purchase their travel offline. Consequently, Luxury Link will allow site visitors to directly connect directly with property owners, eliminating potential breakdowns in the reservation process.
