(“NHS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunniva. Vass also resigned as director of the company, and both resignations are effective immediately. “We thank Dan for his contribution to the Company over the past two years and wish him well in his future endeavors,” Chairman and CEO Dr. Anthony Holler stated in the news release. “The Company will ensure that the necessary plans are put in place to effect a smooth transition.” Medical Director Dr. Mark Kimmins has assumed interim day-to-day management of NHS, and the company intends to begin a replacement search with no changes in its goals or objectives planned in the short term.
