The audits were conducted by Accell Audit and Compliance P.A., which is an independent registered public accounting firm that operates within the jurisdiction of the federal securities laws administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). In March of last year, HWAL retained Accell to conduct a complete audit of the company in compliance with SEC Rule 3520.
