Chanticleer Holdings, part owner of Hooters of America (HOA), the private operator and franchisor of over 412 Hooters restaurants in 28 countries, is also a developer of Hooters restaurants internationally, with rights to develop and operate Hooters restaurants in several countries.

In April, 2012, Chanticleer acquired the franchise rights to develop and operate Hooters restaurants in Hungary. The company has partnered to form Crown Restaurants to operate Hooters franchises in Europe.
