The Anvil International segment is the largest manufacturer in the world of pipe fittings, couplings, pipe hangers, pipe nipples, and supports. These products find use in mechanical, fire protection, and other piping systems. They sell their products to commercial contractors via distributors. This segment’s headquarters is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
On September 2, the company announced Robert G. Leggett as chief operating officer of Mueller Water Products, Inc. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mueller Water Products’ three business segments. All three segments will now report directly to Mr. Leggett. He has over 25 years of general management experience, including operations, marketing, and new product development.
