Sino Mercury Acquisition is a blank check company formed in order to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Sino was incorporated under the laws of Delaware in 2014 and is based in New York, New York.

The Marcum MicroCap Conference is a forum where publicly traded companies with less than $500 million in market capitalization can network with the investment community. The two-day 2016 conference will include feature presentations by CEOs and CFOs from seven principal industry sectors, expert panels moderated by industry leaders, and the opportunity to meet with management of presenting companies on a one-on-one basis.
