Prior to the merger’s closing, KBL Merger Corp. changed its name to 180 Life Sciences Corp., and 180 Life Sciences Corp. changed its name to 180 Life Corp., which now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. As a result of the merger, the units and rights of KBL Merger Corp. ceased trading, and the shares of its common stock and warrants are now trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “ATNF” and “ATNFW,” respectively. “We are excited to have completed the transaction resulting in 180 Life Sciences now being a public company.
